Coaching
Often, we get trapped in a way of thinking. Having guidance and strategies to navigate and practise thinking differently aids us in getting out of our own way. Just as swimming, dancing or other activities will improve with coaching, so will your capacity to navigate life challenges and change how you respond in situations. We can all get stuck in patterns. An external person such as a coach can help us create the changes we so desire, making life manageable and, better still, enjoyable.
For example, if we want to do well in an interview, it is always suggested to visualise and practise before the event. Part of my role as your coach is to assist you in seeing where practice is needed, how that can look, and breaking it into small enough steps to have success.
It is easy to think we need to do it alone, but having support can make the overwhelming seem possible.
I will support you to find awareness and develop tools to know where and how to make change.
